Coaching is an investment. Some people are able and willing to spend the hours necessary researching how to change their diets, what to buy when grocery shopping, the effects of food, and safe substitutes. That's great if that is you have that time and commitment.
For others, reading lots of books, websites, and articles to become educated just isn't an option. It is very time consuming and when you already have a full schedule every week, it quickly becomes overwhelming! It can be difficult to even know where to start. If you are someone that doesn't have hours of free time to put in the research and figure it out for yourself, coaching is an ideal solution.
As your coach, I'll guide you through making the changes to your diet, providing recipes and safe food alternatives. Going it alone means a lot of money on books and foods that might work for you (for example, the expensive "gluten free" products that are marketed as health foods but taste revolting and are often just as unhealthy as the regular stuff!). We'll avoid all of those mistakes and save you time and money.
